Beth Allen is an ERISA attorney and Strategic Legal Consultant with Benefits Compliance Solutions (BCS), bringing more than 15 years of specialized experience in employee benefits compliance. She advises employers, plan sponsors, and benefits professionals on the complex legal obligations imposed by federal and state benefits-related laws.

Beth’s career began as an investigator with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), where she gained first-hand insight into how regulators evaluate benefits compliance. She later spent nearly a decade as Senior Vice President and Compliance Counsel at a large international brokerage, where she guided employers through intricate ERISA, ACA, and fiduciary requirements.
