OUR TEAM

"Benefits Compliance Solutions was born out of a big hole I kept seeing: we had all these amazing compliance resources, but so few employers were actually in compliance" - Sarah Borders

BCS is a labor of love and passion for Benefits Compliance. We believe that benefits consultants and employers have an amazing opportunity to transform risk in our industry - and we believe that we have the tools to drive that transformation. We are headquartered in Plano, Texas, but have clients all over the country. We've been helping benefits consultants and employers for over a decade, in countless verticals and company sizes. Whether the employer is 40 people or 4000, we've seen the absolute relief that comes over our clients when we discover and resolve a compliance issue. That feeling is addictive - and we seek to repeat it every day.
