Holly Soule leads the process creation, administration, and day‑to‑day team management that powers BCS’s Compliance Advisory Program. In this role, she helps translate complex regulatory obligations into clear, repeatable workflows that create measurable value for agency partners and employer clients.

A 20+ year veteran of the employee benefits industry, Holly has led account management teams, scaled agency operations, and most recently specialized in compliance training for a large national carrier. She’s passionate about simplifying compliance for real‑world teams and calls her role at BCS a “dream job.”
