KC Rippstein brings over 20 years of expertise in the employee benefits industry, with 15 years dedicated to building and leading a compliance practice at a large national brokerage. His leadership was central to helping organizations scale operations during significant periods of regulatory change.

Known for making complex health and welfare compliance issues easy to understand and apply, KC is considered one of the nation’s top compliance experts. His designations and certifications include:

Beyond his professional expertise, KC and his wife are passionate advocates for foster care. Together with their four children, they have fostered over a dozen children while traveling extensively as a family.
