Sarah Borders is a nationally recognized compliance expert with more than 18 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. Before co-founding Benefits Compliance Solutions (BCS) in 2019, she served as Vice President of Benefits Compliance at one of the nation’s largest brokerage firms.

She is widely respected for her ability to simplify complex health and welfare compliance issues and for her leadership in guiding agencies and employers through a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.

Sarah holds an MBA from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and a BA from the University of the Incarnate Word. At BCS, she plays a central role in shaping the Compliance Advisory Program, integrating technology, tools, and expert consulting to deliver value to agencies and employers.
