MHPAEA: Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act has been in the news for the last few months, with a large carrier being corrected for non-compliance, among other issues.
In April of 2021, the IRS issued a set of FAQs related to the MHPAEA requirements, addressing an important question about the "non-quantitative" portion of the requirements.
