ARPA subsidies and termination "for cause"

It's well understood that the ARPA subsidy applies to people eligible for COBRA who were involuntarily terminated or had a reduction in hours.

What's less clear is the other scenarios: "involuntary termination" and termination for "gross misconduct." In today's video we discuss what we do know about these situations, what we don't know, and when it might be appropriate to seek help to determine the right thing to do.
